Our platform lift was condemned by our insurance assasor as it was no longer compliant. We didn’t really know what to do so spent quite a lot of time resarchjng different products when we were recommended to the Aritco product. We contacted three companies who all provided quotes of which bespoke elevation were one of them.We decided to go with bespoke elevation as we felt that the knowledge and assurance they provided was the best. We weren’t disappointed.The schedule of works was clearly explained and bespoke elevation took care of everything.We thought it would take about two weeks even though they insisted it would be less than that.We felt confident in the whole team at bespoke elevation which included the engineers and builders involved. The removal of the old lift, installation of the new lift and building work was complete I. Three days. There was limited disruption, all eventualities had been covered before hand so there was no shooters and the contact ran extremely smoothly. The new lift is fantastic and a far superior product, we have taken an extended warranty out with bespoke elevation as we feel so confident in the service provided by bespoke elevation.
